2. Navigate to each states' website. (Usually state.gov)

3. Asnwer the following questions about the website.

A. What can citizens do on the website? Examples: renew drivers license, register to vote, buy a hunting/fishing license, 

B. How does the website compare to other state websites. 

C. How user friendly is the website? 

D. How functional or useful is the website?

E. How informative is the website? 

F. Rank the websites from 1-5, one being the best, five being the worst.
